Coordinates business and administrative support to ensure operations of quality improvement and patient care for Wellness Care Management program. Oversees the office activities and assists department management in monitoring and evaluating wellness process and services to ensure adherence to internal, contractual and VNSNY operations and quality assurance standards. Works under general supervision.
Education: Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work or related discipline or the equivalent work experience, required.
Experience: Minimum of four years or experience in program administration and general administration a. Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written computation skills, required. Advanced proficiency with personal computer software, including MS Office products, required. Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and experience in the delivery of program services in a community based or healthcare organization preferred.
